These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Todd Logic Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Todd Logic," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the YouWrench mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using YouWrench, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use YouWrench. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. The App is intended for use by individuals; commercial use by automotive shops, dealerships, or fleet operators is governed by a separate agreement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Todd Logic grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use YouWrench on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App, except as expressly permitted by applicable law; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices; (d) rent, lease, lend, sell, or distribute the App; or (e) use the App to build a competing product or service.
YouWrench is offered with a free tier and a paid "YouWrench Pro" tier. The free tier includes limited daily usage of certain features (such as a capped number of problem lookups, DTC lookups, and parts results per day). YouWrench Pro removes those daily limits and unlocks AI-powered Vehicle Intelligence Reports and other premium features.
YouWrench Pro is currently offered at $4.99 per month, charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Pricing and features may change; we will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you'll continue to have Pro access until then. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies — Todd Logic is not generally able to issue refunds directly for App Store or Play Store purchases.
If we offer a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google based on your account history.
Todd Logic may issue promotional codes (such as the "YOUWRENCH-FOUNDER" code) that grant access to YouWrench Pro features without payment. Promo codes are non-transferable, may be revoked at any time, may expire, and have no cash value. Misuse of promo codes — including sharing, selling, or using them in ways not authorized by Todd Logic — may result in revocation of access without refund.
READ THIS CAREFULLY. YouWrench is an information tool, not a substitute for professional automotive diagnosis or repair.
The vehicle data, recalls, complaints, investigations, safety ratings, AI-generated reports, fault code information, and other content provided through YouWrench is informational only. It is sourced from third parties (including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and other public databases) and processed by AI models that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information.
Do not rely solely on YouWrench to make decisions that could affect vehicle safety, your safety, or the safety of others. Always consult a qualified automotive technician before performing or forgoing repairs, before purchasing or selling a vehicle, and before disregarding a check-engine light, recall notice, or any other indicator that something may be wrong with a vehicle.
YouWrench does not perform vehicle inspections. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information presented through the App.

YouWrench retrieves and displays content from third-party sources, including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), auto.dev, and other public databases. The accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of that content is the responsibility of those sources, not Todd Logic. AI-generated analysis is produced using Anthropic's Claude API. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
The YouWrench name, logo, app design, original code, AI prompt structures, and all other content created by or for Todd Logic are owned by Todd Logic Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of that intellectual property to you.
Public data such as recall numbers, complaint summaries, and safety ratings retrieved from government databases remains in the public domain and is not claimed as our property.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF VEHICLE DATA. TODD LOGIC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TODD LOGIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, OR DAMAGES RELATED TO VEHICLE DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Todd Logic Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the App, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using YouWrench at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or to comply with legal requirements. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-resolution terms — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a resident of a jurisdiction whose law requires consumer disputes to be heard in your local courts, those rights are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users through the App. Continued use of YouWrench after the new effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, stop using the App.
